Conditions of Use

All beads and findings are despatched by 1st Class post.  

Postal charges:  

under £10 - £1.50; 
over £10 - free delivery.

We aim to despatch all orders within one working day, so please inform us within five working days of placing your order if the goods have been lost or damaged in transit. 

Everything I sell is covered under the EU Distance Selling Directive.  You are entitled to contact us either by email or telephone, quoting your order number, to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including the cost of delivery.  You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when you are returning goods, so should take out enough postal insurane to cover their value.  Your refund will be paid within 14 days, as long as the returned goods are in an unused, saleable condition.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for instance if the goods are faulty or misdescribed  

All items on the website include VAT at 20% as standard.  If you are able to reclaim VAT on your purchases, please request a full VAT receipt at the time of purchase.

These terms do not affect your legal rights which are not diminished in any way.  If any term is held to be invaid under any applicable statue or rule of law, then that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimumextent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
