Delivery Information

I aim to despatch all orders within one working day. 

All orders are despatched by 1st Class post but in the second piece of bad news, I have very reluctantly had to raise the threshold for free delivery in the UK.  Royal Mail have increased their prices quite substantially and I'm afraid we can no longer remain competitive on price and not charge for shipping out smaller orders.  We still have no minimum order value, you may order as much or as little as you require, but I'm afraid that if your UK order is under £15, we will now have to charge for postage.  I have also increased the price of postage on all overseas orders. With the uncertainty over deliveries, I am now sending all overseas orders with a tracking number and fully insured against loss or damage

Postal charges:  

UK orders under £15         - £2.00; 
                 over £15          - free delivery.

Special Delivery                 - £10.00 (requires a signature)


Europe (including EU)          - from £10.50 fully tracked and insured

Rest of the World                 - from £11.95 fully tracked and insured

We aim to despatch all orders within one working day, so please inform us within five working days of placing your order if the goods have been lost or damaged in transit. 

Everything I sell is covered under all relevant  Distance Selling Directives.  You are entitled to contact us either by email or telephone, quoting your order number, to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including the cost of delivery.  You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when you are returning goods, so should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.  Your refund will be paid within 14 days, as long as the returned goods are in an unused, saleable condition.  Should you change your mind once an order has been posted to an overseas address and return the item unopened without informing me first, then the postage I paid to send the goods to you will be excluded from the refund

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for instance if the goods are faulty or misdescribed  


All items on the website include VAT at 20% as standard.  If you are able to reclaim VAT on your purchases, please request a full VAT receipt at the time of purchase.  Now that the UK has left the EU, all sales to countries outside the UK are priced with a zero rate of tax. This means that any taxes due will be collected either before or at the point of delivery to you, the customer, for payment to your local tax authority.  As soon as you log into the website, the prices you see should be the prices you will pay to me, but you will have additional taxes to pay upon delivery

These terms do not affect your legal rights which are not diminished in any way.  If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statue or rule of law, then that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
